Blues embark on their Birmingham Senior Cup campaign at Coventry Sphinx on Tuesday evening (7.45pm).

The Under-23s will take on the mantle of challenging for silverware.

The squad travelling to the Midland League Premier Division side for the First Round tie contains a mix of Under-23s regulars and Academy Scholars.

Kieron Dawes returns to the fold following his temporary spell at Sutton Coldfield Town.

Whilst Kyle McFarlane is expected to lead the line for Richard Beale's side.

Kyle Hurst, 16, who has stepped up to Under-23s duty of late, is included. And another 16-year-old, Josh Bradley-Hurst, and Zach Jeacock are the selected goalkeepers.

Ever present Josh Martin is also likely to figure and lead the side as captain.

Blues last won the Birmingham Senior Cup in 2014-15.

Admission is £6 adults and under-16s are free, with identification required.
