A failure to agree on a new contract means there has been a parting of the ways with the full-back.
Teenage striker Shania Hayles has also departed Blues Women after the expiry of her contract.
Williams joined Blues in January 2017, after two years in Italy plying her trade with ACF Brescia and AGSM Verona, having previously started out at her home town club Everton Ladies.
During her time at the Club she made 31 appearances having become a first team regular under Marc Skinner.
Williams was also a part of the squad, playing 88 minutes, that made history when they faced Manchester City Women at Wembley in the FA Cup Final.
She has played an active role off the pitch also, coaching in the Under-10s in the Regional Talent Club.
Hayles began her career in the Regional Talent Club, progressing through the ranks and into the first team.
She made her senior debut, coming off the bench, in the group stages of the Continental Cup against Oxford United at Solihull Moors in October 2017.
Hayles was rewarded for her hard work by signing her first professional contract one year later, in September 2018.
Last season, the 19-year-old scored on three occasions – all in the Conti Cup. Her first senior goal came in the 2-0 win over Sheffield United when she volleyed the ball beyond the helpless 'keeper.
The Club would like to thank Paige and Shania for all their efforts and wish them every success in the future.
