Matthew Donohue will take charge of Saturday's Sky Bet Championship fixture between Charlton Athletic and Blues at The Valley.

So far this season, the Greater Manchester-based official has refereed six games where he has produced a total of 27 yellow cards, but no reds.

It will be the first time he has refereed a Blues game.

The last Charlton game he took charge of was their 2-2 Championship draw at Barnsley in August.

Seven players were booked in that game; including Adedeji Oshilaja, Josh Cullen and Chuks Aneke for The Addicks.

He has refereed two Charlton games in total - one of which they won and one they drew.

Mr Donohue will be assisted on Saturday by Adrian Waters and Ian Cooper, with Matt Foley acting as the fourth official.
