The 21-year-old left-back returned from a successful loan spell with League Two Stevenage on Tuesday and boss Garry Monk said then that he wanted Seddon to test himself at a higher level.
Seddon has yet to make his senior bow for Blues but has been included in the First Team squad on several occasions.
During his four-and-a-half-month period with Stevenage, he made 25 appearances and scored three goals.
AFC Wimbledon are managed by former Wimbledon midfielder Wally Downes.
They are currently propping up the division in 24th position, five points from safety.
Downes' side are next in action on Saturday when they play host to promotion-chasing Barnsley at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.
