The 23-year-old from Tamworth overcame LucasWiseman 4-3 in the final, thanks to an 89th-minute winner from Lukas Jutkiewicz.
Taylor picks up the Official Blues FIFA20 PS4 Winner's title, alongside his prizes of VIP matchday hospitality for two, a signed Blues shirt, and the opportunity to lead the teams out at a game next season.
Speaking of the win, Taylor said: "I'm ecstatic to have won the tournament. I can't really put it into words.
"I didn't think that I'd stand a chance when I first entered, but when I reached the semi-final stage I knew that I could take it.
"The tournament has been great. It's kept me busy every day and given me something to wake up for whilst I'm at home."
