Blues striker Odin Bailey has joined League Two side Forest Green Rovers on loan.

The Standard Loan runs until 31 May 2020.

Rovers, who are managed by former Blues midfielder Mark Cooper are currently in ninth spot in the division just a point off the play-off places.

Bailey made his first team bow for Blues as a second-half substitute in the EFL Cup first round defeat to Portsmouth in August 2019.

He has subsequently gone on to make a further six appearances and scored one goal, which came in the 2-1 home win against Middlesbrough last October.

This is a second loan spell away from the St. Andrew's Trillion Trophy for the attacker who was with National League South side Gloucester City for two months during the 2018/19 campaign.

He scored twice in his 12 appearances for The Tigers.

Bailey is expected to go straight into the Forest Green squad for Saturday's away league game at Macclesfield Town, for whom fellow Blues loanee Corey O'Keeffe currently plays.
