I'm very satisfied with the players and they deserve a lot of credit for their performance.

Pep Clotet's comments after seeing his side claim a deserved point against The Baggies.

Pep's general thoughts on the game...
"It was a difficult game for us. We knew that West Brom would start very strongly and put us under pressure, so we would have to be very organised. The fact that we stopped them from having many clear-cut chances is something we worked on in the week. I always trusted in my team, so it was a positive result for us under the circumstances. I'm very satisfied with the players and they deserve a lot of credit for their performance. We had a couple of chances as they did. Overall, for us it's a fair result. Before the game we would have taken a point in the first game back against a team that will probably be promoted."

On limiting a potent Albion attack to very few chances...
"We didn't give them room in the final third and that's very important for a team like us playing away for the first time in three months. The last thing we wanted to do was make it an open game and leave spaces for them. If we'd played an open game, it would have favoured them too much."

On keeping a clean sheet...
"I was very pleased with a clean sheet. The secret was sticking to the plan and waiting for the moments when we had the ball when we were able to create problems for them. Coming to a team like West Brom you want to take something away from here. We are a team that tries to be better every week that we play the game. We don't feel under stress if we are defending because we are very organised, and we try to be prepared for whatever situation happens in the game."

On how strange it was playing in front of no fans...
"It was strange and felt like a training game. From my point of view, I can communicate with the players better which helps, but of course you miss the fans in stadium. I'm just so happy that football is back with the situation that we are all in."

On the likelihood of the injured Marc Roberts, Ivan Sunjic and Kristian Pedersen returning for Blues' next game...
"We 're working very hard to get them back for next week. They are minor problems not big ones an it's about them and how they are feeling. They are already working hard with the medical staff and the sooner we can get them on the pitch the better."
